What we will ask

• Where is the land?

  County and parcel ID, or just an address. Whether the land sits inside a city or town or out in unincorporated county decides which rules and which offices apply to it, so it is the first thing we need.

• Water and septic?

  City water and sewer, an existing well and septic, or nothing yet. On rural Colorado land, water is often the first thing to check before anything else is decided.

• Do you already own it?

  Owned, under contract, or still looking. If you are still looking we would rather check a parcel before you buy than after.

• What are you building?

  Rough square footage, bedrooms, and how much of the building is shop versus living space. That split drives the frame more than total size does.

• How far do you want us to take it?

  A shell kit you erect yourself, a dried-in shell, or turnkey and ready to move into.

• When do you want to start?

  Ready now, this year, or still researching. All three are fine answers, they just change what we send you back.
